Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. Cards issued by local banks or credit unions that do not use the previously mentioned payment infrastructures cannot be accepted at this time.

You may use your PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay account for your order payment.

Split Payments with EmbracePay

Why pay full purchase price today when you can pay over time? “EmbracePay” – 2 easy payments – is a convenient (and interest-free) way to shop that allows you to easily divide your purchase into monthly payments using your debit or credit card.

*Please Note: International orders are not available for EmbracePay and must be paid full.

Additional EmbracePay Details:

At the time of purchase, Neodyne Biosciences, Inc will bill your credit/debit card for the first installment plus tax and shipping and handling fees. The remaining installments are then automatically billed to your credit/debit every 30 days; beginning 30 days after the original order date. All outstanding product deliveries will be shipped after receipt of payment. Additional shipments will be processed and shipped the first business day following the date the credit card is charged. All product ordered will ship with the first two payments.

If you have chosen the 30-Day Supply to See Quick Results – your entire product will ship with your first payment. If you have chosen the 60-Day Supply to Optimize Your Results – your first month’s supply will ship with your first payment. 30 days later, your second month’s supply will ship with your second payment.

Coupons and discounts are still applicable to the entire order, but cannot be combined.

EmbracePay is only applicable to purchases made with credit cards. PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay do not qualify for EmbracePay/Split Payments. Purchases made through PayPal can be financed through PayPal Credit (Please check PayPal for more information).

*Neodyne Biosciences, Inc. does not assess interest charges or fees on EmbracePay. However, use of a credit card for EmbracePay option may result in interest charges according to your individual credit card agreement. 

Ordering

Making Changes or Cancelling an Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order or cancel the order after an order has shipped. However, we can make changes or cancel an order at any point before it ships out. To do so, please contact customer service at 1-855-722-7879.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders exceeding $200 in shipment value will be shipped with a signature required unless otherwise noted in the Order Notes during checkout.

The following shipping options are available¹:

• Ground Shipping (delivery within 1 to 5 business days based on distance to destination)
• Express Saver Shipping (delivery within 3 business days)*
• 2-Business Day Shipping and Handling*
• 1-Business Day Shipping and Handling*
• International Shipping (Must be selected for all International Orders)
  • Delivery within 3-8 international business days

Currently embrace^® is only available for shipment to U.S. and select international destinations. For International Shipments, please review international details below.

Please allow 1 business day for order processing (excluding weekends). Our business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

*Expedited orders must be placed before 2:30 PM PST in order to ship out the same day they are placed. However, due to payment type, and that company’s approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.

*Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, International destinations, or U.S. Territories. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International orders are not available for EmbracePay and must be paid full.
• For Delivery, International Shipping is Required for all International Orders.

Canada

The estimated tax is based on the shipping address and includes applicable PST/QST and/or GST/HST.

 United Kingdom

 The estimated tax is based on the shipping address and includes applicable VAT.

Return Policy

Terms and Conditions of the embrace^® 60-Day Guarantee:

• Upon return of unused product to Neodyne Biosciences, Inc., a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be provided for product that was unopened or unused. The refund request must be made within 60 days after purchase with proof of purchase.
• INTERNATIONAL: refund will be given for product only excluding taxes, surcharges and shipping.
• If you purchased embrace^® product(s) from another provider, please contact the point of purchase directly for refunds.
• Exchanges will be made for product damaged through shipping within 1 week from receipt of the product. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of Neodyne.
• Exchanges for different sizes of embrace^® will not be processed. If you would like a different size, please purchase the correct size for your needs, then contact Neodyne to return the unwanted size. Returns must be made within 60 days after purchase.
• Complaints or product issues should be communicated via 1-855-722-7879 or via email help@embracescartherapy.com for product replacement or refund.
• Returns or refunds are not accepted after 60 days from the purchase date.
• Return shipping is at the cost of the consumer.
• Refunds will be applied to the credit card or method of payment used for making the original purchase within 10 business days.

*Unused product: Any unopened embrace^® boxes containing three unused dressing pouches. Partial boxes with opened pouches not accepted.
