10-Day Wear Warranty Terms

 

In the event you purchase and apply embrace® to your closed and dry incision after your procedure, and as directed in the product instructions, and the dressing does not remain adhered to your skin for up to (10) consecutive days, the terms of this warranty shall apply, and you may be entitled to a replacement dressing(s) used after your procedure. Certain applications may involve more frequent changing due to high mobility, cleansing routine, hair growth, oil level on the skin and humidity. Applicable only to purchases of embrace® made by a consumer who registered for the 10-Day wear warranty prior to their first application of the dressing and who purchased it within the past 60 days.  Receipt of purchase date must be provided. If the replacement dressing does not work, you may be eligible for a refund.  To receive a replacement dressing, the original dressing must have been applied according to the Instructions for Use. The warranty does not apply in the event of unforeseen circumstances or misuse of the embrace® product. Neodyne Biosciences Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, and modify, this warranty in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice. Warranty void if bought from an unauthorized third party seller. Replacements and reimbursements are at the sole discretion of Neodyne Biosciences, Inc. Neodyne Biosciences, Inc. governs the collection and use of your personal information. Your personal information will be used to administer this offer and to provide additional information and offers related to embrace® Scar Therapy.
